WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

-Flexible hours

-Monday through Friday


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-cross functional skills
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
-Data entry

-handle over-the-phone calls

-Internets serches

-Procurement

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bilingual is a plus but not necessary

-Home rental knowledge is a plus
- Computer skills (microsoft excel & word)
- Excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Energetic
- Sales experience is not required; we will train the right candidate
- Honesty and trustworthiness
- Must be courteous, energetic and professional towards customers and co-workers
- Must be able to be on the telephone and in front of a computer for long hours
- Multitasking skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
