Dallas company is seeking a Administrative Assistant with HR/Office Admin/Accounting Front Desk experience to work and support a software development & staffing company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Be polite and courteous to everyone that walks into the officer.
- Bbe polite and courteous to everyone while on phone calls.
- Handle incoming phone calls, faxes and mail and will forward accordingly daily.
- Work on accounts payables.
- Raise Invoices to the customer and assist with payment disputes and chargebacks.
- Purchasing and negotiating contracts with vendors, Inventory and supplies and Supplier negotiations.
- Preparing special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Developing and enforcing process and systems for: invoicing, collections, payables and freight claims.
- Validate and have employees fill in and Verify I-9.
- Review and Sign contracts and other paper work approriatley.

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Hard working and highly motivated and Professional phone presence
- Computer proficient, Team player and Ability to interface with other departments
- Billing and Accounting experience

* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* 2-3 Years in an administrative clerical role
* Office management experience a plus

Work hours : Mon-Fri 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
